Dancers

Irish Dance became immensely popular with dancer Michael Flatley and Award-winning composer Bill Whelan in the 1990s. With sold-out performances all over the world, both the music and the special dance spread.

Now Ápagaget take you on a journey to a sparkling Riverdance country with their Dancers.

Ápagaget was formed in 2012 by musicians from Skåne, all of whom have a solid background in the Irish tradition.

We use several dance groups from Sweden and Denmark. They appear in tip toe dance and tap-dance with hard shoes and slower numbers with soft shoes. The apperance is either way fantastic. The Irish music and dance connect in the most fantastic way. You must see it to believe it.

The band is part of the dance troupe, we appear on stage and play both traditional Irish and our own songs between dance numbers.”
